Clare Logie

clare_logie014lowClare joined EIC as Head of Strategy in February 2010.

She was previously Director of Bank of Scotland Corporate's (BoS) triple award-winning Women in Business programme, which was set up in 2003 to support and encourage women entrepreneurs and to showcase their contribution to all aspects of the UK economy, as well as supporting the advancement of women within BoS Corporate. Amongst her achievements there, Clare pioneered the development of a women-led focus within the organisation and drove both an externally focused, PR and business development programme, alongside an internal, employee-led agenda, to help ensure that BoS financial solutions, services and culture were best placed to match the needs of today's female client and employee.

Clare also headed up the Bank of Scotland Corporate Sponsorship & Events function 2008-9 and was Chair of the Global Banking Alliance (GBA) for Women 2006 - 2008. Prior to this, she was Global Internal Communications Director at Allied Domecq Plc and has run a small retail business. She has a degree in English Language & Literature, MCIBS Banking qualifications and the IDM marketing diploma. She sat on the Steering Committee of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the GBA Governing Board and the Astia UK Advisory Board, and is currently on the advisory board of Templars PR.

Clare is a regular speaker at UK and international conferences and a regular contributor to media and publications in the diversity field.
